Financial Options

Our office offers Care Credit as a financing option. Care Credit has a six month zero interest plan. They also offer extended payment plans (24, 36, 48 and 60 months) at 11.9% APR for balances over $1000.00. Patients can apply on line at carecredit.com or by calling 800-365-8295.

In house payment options: On treatment $300.00 and over with payment on day of service, we offer a 5% accounting reduction courtesy off the total balance. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Care Credit. Any person 65 years of age or older without insurance will also receive a 5% senior courtesy discount on payment on day of service.

Orthodontic Plans
We offer our initial consultation at no charge. The next visit (Orthodontic Records) a $500.00 down payment is due, this amount will be taken off the grand total. On the day the braces/invisalign are placed, we require half down (without insurance) with insurance half down after the insurance benefit estimate is due. The remaining half can be paid over 24 months due on the first day of each month.
